Kneel in front of your ball with your knees hip-width apart.

Roll Ball Away
Place your hands on the ball and roll it away from you as you lower your chest.

Sink & Soften
Push your hips back toward your heels and let your chest sink toward the floor.

Breathe Deeply
Inhale deeply and, on each exhale, allow yourself to soften a little further into the stretch.

Hold & Release
Hold for as long as comfortable, feeling the release through your back, shoulders and chest.
