Kneel Up
Kneel in front of your ball with your knees hip-width apart.

Create Space
Widen your knees to create space for your bump and avoid any pressure on your abdomen.

Roll Ball Away
Place both hands on the ball and roll it away from you, lowering your chest as you go.

Sink & Breathe
Push your glutes back, inhale deeply and let yourself sink down as you exhale.

Hold & Release
Hold for as long as comfortable, feeling the release through your back, shoulders, neck and chest.
Tip
Widen your knees further as your bump grows — there should never be any pressure on your abdomen at any point in the stretch.
