Kneel Up
Kneel in front of your ball with your knees hip-width apart.

Forearms On Ball
Place your forearms on top of the ball with elbows directly under your shoulders.

Lift Hips
Lift your hips to form a straight diagonal line from your shoulders to your ankles.

Brace & Hold
Brace your core, squeeze your glutes and hold for 5 to 10 seconds, breathing normally.

Lower & Repeat
Slowly lower back to your knees, feel the release, then repeat within your comfort.
Tip
Look slightly forward rather than down — this keeps your neck in line with your spine and stops your hips from sagging.
