Instructions

Kneel Up
Kneel in front of your ball with your knees hip-width apart and forearms on the ball.

Drop Down
Link your fingers and slowly lower onto the ball, resting your upper arms and chest on top.

Rest Head
Turn your head and rest the side of your face on the ball, keeping your knees planted.

Draw Figure 8
Move your hips slowly like you're drawing a figure eight in a clockwise direction.

Switch & Continue
Switch direction and repeat, stopping when you start to feel tired.
Tip
The figure-8 motion encourages baby into the ideal birth position — especially valuable in the final weeks if baby is breech or back-to-back.
