Helps With

Instructions

Seated Start
Begin in a seated ball position with one foot flat on the floor for stability.

Elevate Leg
Lift your other leg out in front of you until it is parallel with the floor.

Posture Check
Keep your back straight, arms relaxed at your sides and roll your shoulders back.

Point Toes
Point your toes forward and away from you as far as you can and hold for five seconds.

Flex Back
Pull your toes up towards the sky and hold for five seconds, then repeat and switch feet.
Tip
Great to do while sitting at your desk or watching TV — a few rounds throughout the day can really help with end-of-day ankle swelling.
