Sit on the floor with your legs crossed comfortably in front of you.

Lengthen Spine
Sit tall and lengthen through your spine, shoulders relaxed.

Rest your hands gently on your knees or in your lap.

Breathe Slowly
Take slow, deep breaths, allowing your hips to settle and open with each exhale.

Switch Legs
After holding for a minute or two, switch which leg is on top and repeat.
