Instructions

Sit Beside Ball
Sit on the floor with the ball at your side, legs comfortably tucked under or out to the side.

Drape Over Ball
Lean over the top of the ball, letting your chest soften across it.

Extend Top Arm
Reach your top arm up and over the ball to lengthen your side body.

Breathe Into Stretch
Hold the position, breathing slowly and deeply to deepen the release.

Switch Sides
Slowly return to sitting upright and repeat on the opposite side.
Tip
Let the ball take your weight rather than holding yourself up — the more you relax into it, the deeper the stretch becomes.
