Kneel Beside Ball
Kneel beside your birthing ball and gently lean your upper body over the top.

Anchor Hand
Place your lower hand on the floor for support.

Lift Hips
Slowly lift your hips to create a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.

Brace & Hold
Engage your core, gently squeeze your glutes and hold for 5 to 10 seconds, breathing slowly.

Lower & Switch
Lower back down and repeat on the opposite side within your comfort.
Tip
Don't sink into your supporting shoulder — actively press the floor away so your shoulder stays stacked over your wrist.
