Instructions

Set Up
Stand with the ball between the wall and your lower back.

Foot Position
Place your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart with your toes turned out slightly.

Lower Down
Slowly lower into a squat, keeping shoulders level and knees in line with your toes.

Hold the Bottom
Stop when your thighs are parallel to the floor and hold for 3 seconds.

Return & Repeat
Slowly return to standing and repeat within your comfort level.
Tip
The ball lets you go deeper safely — if you struggle with a normal squat, this is one of the best moves to keep doing right through to labour.
